Antigua is the main island of a small Caribbean state Antigua and Barbuda. It's local name is Waladli while the Western name has been given to the island by Christopher Columbus in 1493. Antigua is full of beautiful beaches and picturesque sights. Bermuda is a group of low-forming volcanoes in the North Atlantic Ocean, consisting of 181 islands. The first known European explorer to reach Bermuda was Spanish sea captain Juan de Bermúdez in 1503, after whom the islands are named. Bermuda's culture is a mix of Native American, Spanish-Caribbean, English, Irish, and Scots. It is a British Overseas Territory. Bermuda has a humid subtropical climate, pink sand beaches and clear, cerulean blue ocean water. Go snorkeling to see the coral reef.
