From the Med to the North Sea in 24 days. Join the Morgenster in the south of Spain for an epic spring journey around Europe. Sail out of Valencia towards Gibraltar to get to the open ocean. Make your way up the coast of Spain and Portugal, visiting Lisbon and possibly also Porto, Vigo or A Coruna. Leave the Bay of Biscay to the east and set course for France and the English Channel. Make a couple of stops in Brittany and Channel Islands before entering the North Sea and sailing to your destination: the Belgian city of Oostend. Open to all Windseekers over 15 years old.
Oostende is a seaport and tourist destination on the Belgian coast. The original belle époque architecture was largely destroyed by two world wars (and the advent of mass tourism), but the city still has plenty of worthwhile sights to see, such as the Mu.ZEE, the Petrus and Paulus church, and the fort Napolean. Visit one of the museums, check out the lively cultural agenda, and step in a Belgian tavern for a ‘pinteke’. And don’t forget the beach, which can be crowded in the summer!

This process is automatic and you do not need to do anything else. After receiving your booking, Windseeker will send you detailed information on how and when to pay for your journey – together with all the other important details.
What does it mean?
In short: you do not pay the booking amount to Windseeker but instead into an escrow account. This trust account holds your payment in reserve until your journey’s end. The booking amount is then released to Windseeker on the day after your trip ends. If Windseeker or the Ship should become financially insolvent before the end of your trip, STO Garant will implement the guarantee.
