Morgenster:
Fort-de-France (MQ) - Fort-de-France (MQ)

23 December 2018 - 03 January 2019

Christmas in the Caribbean. Give yourself a lovely present this holiday season and spend 10 days on board a Tall Ship, exploring the Caribbean Islands. Join the Morgenster while she’s anchored in Martinique and set sails towards Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. This archipelago is famous for its perfect sailing conditions, beautiful beaches and exotic wildlife. Explore the islands before starting to make your way back north, visiting Saint Lucia on the way. Enjoy the warm sea, clear blue skies, sandy beaches and lush rainforests, and you might also spot some dolphins and turtles. Open for all Windseekers, minimum age 15 years.

Ports

Fort-de-France is the capital of Martinique, a curious mixture of European and Caribbean temperament and has a wonderful climate. It is one of the largest cities in the Caribbean, so you’ll find plenty to see and do as you explore the streets. But don’t limit yourself to the city – Martinique is stunning in its beauty, with rainforests, dormant volcanoes, and beaches in all sizes. Wearing a Panama hat is allowed, and don’t forget to sample the local cuisine… it’s like ‘ouh-la-la’, but with rum!
