Oosterschelde:
Marigot (MF) - Anguila (AI) - Nassau (BS)

14 May - 29 May 2026

The Caribbean adventure. Visit Saint-Martin, Anguilla, the Turks and Caicos Islands and the Bahamas while sailing on a beautiful tall ship. Step on board the Oosterschelde in Marigot, Saint Martin, and set course for an adventure, sailing between, and exploring, various Caribbean islands. Snorkel in the coral reefs, explore the rich history of the islands, hike in the rainforests, and observe the amazing local wildlife. In between you will join the watches, taking the helm, navigating, and working with sails to bring the Oosterschelde to port.
Open to all Windseekers aged 18+. Younger trainees, accompanied by an adult, at request.

Ports

Marigot is the capital of the French part of St. Maarten. It's a typical Caribbean town, complete with colorful houses, small streets and a relaxed atmosphere. The climate will help you adjust to the pace of life on the island, but if you want to do more than sip piña coladas, you'll find plenty to do. Visit the old fort St. Louis, overlooking Marigot bay, the French Quarter (Orleans), and Paradise Peak. But Marigot’s main draw is to just be there and enjoy one beautiful day after the other.

Nassau is the capital city of the Bahamas, founded in 1670 by the British. In the early 18th century it was a pirate center, with many infamous pirates dwelling there. The town is full of colonial architecture and its tropical location and busy port makes it a popular tourist destination. Try the local rum and cigars, and don't forget about the food! Follow up with a relaxing time on a white beach or try one of the many offered water sports for an adrenaline kick.
