Delivery from The Tall Ships Races 2025. Are you looking for a sustainable way from Denmark to Norway after Race 4 of The Tall Ships Races? Do you want to extend your adventure a little? Or maybe you can only get away for a weekend this year? Join Sørlandet in Esbjerg on the 8th of August and sail towards the ship’s homeport in Arendal. Don’t be late – the ship sails out the same evening! Spend two exciting days and three nights on board, making your way to Arendal, before arriving at your destination on the morning of the 11th of August.
Open to Windseekers aged 15-70.

Ports

Esbjerg is a beautiful coastal city in the South-West of Denmark, with the second biggest harbour in Denmark - a lively place full of fishing and shipping activities. You can observe the town's maritime history in its attractions: from the Fisheries- and Maritime Museum, Esbjerg Skibet statue to the Men at Sea monument, everything brings you back to the sea. Visit also the Ribe Vikinge Center, a fun outdoor museum where you will meet the Vikings themselves!

Arendal is a charming town in the south of Norway. Its old city centre still retains wooden houses, dating back to the 17th century. The old harbor Pollen hosts the fish market, cafes and restaurants. Step into one of them to enjoy a meal with a view. The surrounding countryside is hilly and green, and offers beautiful vistas over the islands and waterways nearby. You can also stay in town and visit the KUBEN Museum to learn about the local history or explore the science center.

What does it mean?
